CALCULATE INITIAL RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS After all required activities have had their resources entered, Click the Resource Aggregation Icon for PLANTRAC-OUTLOOK to calculate the total resources required and when.
For now Click Zeroise Requirements ( i.e. we are entering fresh requirements) and Click OK. Calculation will take place. After requirements are calculated we can view it by: 1. Selection of a resource from a list. Click on Scroll bar of Res Load and Click a resource.
Resource information will be displayed under the calendar. The colour codes are as follows: YELLOW More Availability than Requirement. RED More Requirement than Availability. GREEN Requirement equals Availability. By dragging the mouse over these cells the exact values will be displayed. After the initial calculations are made, any changes to bars will have requirements automatically calculated and reflected in these cells. |
