ADD CODES By giving acivities codes you can produce reports in particular sequences or group like activities together. Codes may be added using the editing features available in Barchart and Logic Drawing. Here we are going to add codes using the Spreadsheet. Click the Spreadsheet Icon. If you have forgotten which one it is, simply run the mouse over the icons and Bubble Help will tell you. Click Code Fields and click OK. Enter codes under Resp ( Responsibility) and Cost (Cost Code). Remember you can use various shortcuts to speed up entry. Replicate can be usefully employed as can copying and pasting. Click File in menu and click Save. Click File in menu and click Exit. NOTE that PLANTRAC-OUTLOOK allows you to have a further 20 code fields for each activity known as Additional Fields.
