MULTIPLE BARS PER LINE

You can produce Barchart reports showing multiple activities on one line. You can achieve this by:

1. Using the Barchart input, draw activities required on the same line on the same line

OR

using the Spreadsheet, select Code Fields and enter the required line number against activities in the Line column.

When you come to produce a report, make sure the major sequence for the report is Bar Line Number.

2. Having given your activities codes (Responsibility, Cost, Resource), you can elect to have all activities having that code on the same line. Make sure the first sequence you specify for the report is the Code you are interested in. Next make sure you check Multi-Bars/Line.
