CREATE RESOURCE DATABASE Step 1 is to create a database to hold resource information. The resource database may be specific to a Subproject or it may be used to hold information from a number of Subprojects. It all depends on which database is specified in the Session details at the time you access a resource database. i.e. carry out a function using a Resource Database. From Main menu select File.Resource.New
Enter a Code for the new database in File Name box and click OK.
A window will be displayed for initial heading information to be displayed. Enter a Base Date. Ideally this should be the same date as for the earliest Subproject it is to be used with. Click OK. |
