SYMBOLS You can attach symbols (triangle, square, flag etc) to activities. The symbols may also have text (e.g. Client Meeting) attached to it. The symbol may be attached to an Activity's start, to an Activity's end or to a part icular date. Use the Barchart to attach symbols. Click on the Barchart Icon in main menu. From Toolbox click on Make a Symbol. Running the mouse over the Icons in the Toolbox will provide Bubble Help. Click on the activity bar you wish to attach the symbol to. A window will appear. Select the Symbol you wish. Select where (Start, End or Date) you wish the symbol to appear. Attaching the symbol to the Start or End will allow the symbol to float with the activity. Attaching it to a date will fix the symbol to that position. Type required text in the Label box. Click OK. |
